The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for a major food corporation in Gerogia. The qualified individual will direct, manage, and guidein driving positive change in the facility, including the development of all work associates. The individual will ensureappropriate measurements that are developed and implemented to create targets, more specifically: Safety Improvement Program, Training and Development, and the TPM Process.


This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Identifies regulatory standards that impact operational exposures and business activities. Guide
necessary plans to ensure compliance
Provides direction in the development and implementation of comprehensive safety processes,
training programs and management practices to eliminate all accidents in the workplace and meet all
applicable safety rules and company policies. Evaluation of OSHA,ergonomics, machine guarding, powered
industrial vehicles, electrical safety, fire
protection & emergency preparedness
Communicates with management and associates and provides relevant reports and analyzes to ensure
appropriate decision-making as it applies to safety
Reviews and analyzes company accidents and historical claim experience to identify frequency or severity
problems and loss trends
Trains managers and supervisors on behavior based strategies, accident investigation, hazard
identification, self-inspection and employee training
Facilitates daily safety meetings and incorporates associate safety concerns in order to achieve timely
resolutions
Oversees the interface with insurer representatives on all post-loss (claim) communication required withHR and
injured worker
Develops strategic plan for the training and development of the associates to include: operator learning
guides, new hire orientation, TPM step processes
Audits operational procedures and programs related to all aspects of the facility as training is
developed and updated
Trains new and current co-workers in CI/TPM methodology
Communicates with management and employees and provides relevant reports and analyses to ensure
appropriate decision-making as it applies to safety
Facilitates teams in identifying opportunities, developing and implementing corrective action including
follow-up to improve the productivity, cost and quality


Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, food science or related field
5
years of relevant experience in manufacturing, safety, training and TPM
Operations experience


Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
